Adult & SMI Services
Our Adult Therapy & SMI Support services provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adults navigating emotional, behavioral, and long-term mental health needs. Trish offers specialized support for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, self-harm behaviors, anger management concerns, emotional dysregulation, and personality-related challenges, with a clinical focus on Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), distress tolerance, and emotional regulation skills.
Trish is also highly trained in trauma-focused treatment for adults, integrating EMDR, Polyvagal-informed techniques, and nervous system regulation approaches to help clients process trauma, reduce reactivity, and build long-term resilience.
Kristi brings extensive clinical experience working with adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI), including psychosis, mood disorders, complex trauma histories, and chronic behavioral health needs. She is also specialized in EMDR and trauma processing for adults, and is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Kristi’s approach incorporates grounding skills, CBT, DBT strategies, and trauma-focused interventions to support stabilization, insight development, coping skills, and improved functioning.
Together, we help adults build practical coping tools, strengthen emotional resilience, improve emotional regulation, reduce distress, and move toward meaningful and sustainable wellness.
